Great spot.

Wonderful location right outside of town. The home was very clean, nice and spacious. Great for a weekend away with friends or family. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a convenient location for graduation. House was welcoming with basic supplies. I would recommend this property.

The property was well maintained, clean and orderly. The only concerns is 1. many of the items were expired. For example All of the snacks in the welcome basket were expired and stale, as well as the seasonings in the cabinet were expired. 2. The other item was the curtains were not the right size for the windows which left a gap that allowed people to see in. 3. In addition the front door did not have a curtain or frost and you could see in the house from outside during the night or day. Other than that it was a great property in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Great stay close to PSU

We had a very nice weekend stay with good communications with the host. It's located 2-3 miles from PSU and was easy to get to/from campus. The interior decorating was fun and memorable.

The house we stayed in was great! Lots of room to gather in the living room, plenty of bedrooms so everyone could have their own space. The kitchen table was small for the four of us to sit at for dinner, and there were no kitchen towels or medium sized pots/pans stocked, but otherwise the house was comfortable and homey.

The property was the perfect size for our group of 8. Being so close to penn state and Beaver Stadium was so convenient. The patio area was nice too. Plenty of cooking utensils (could use more forks) but a wonderful home for us for the weekend. The host communicated well

Perfect weekend trip

This is an ideal house in a nice quiet neighborhood of State College. It is spacious and clean. It has a nice living room set up with plenty of seating. It is very close to downtown but far enough away where you aren’t dealing with congestion. I would recommend it to any of my friends and family and hope to stay there again in the future.

Family Event in SC

Eight of us stayed at this home for an overnight trip. It was a perfect alternative to a hotel stay. Plenty of room to unwind after a long day. The home was in a quiet neighborhood convenient to the event we attended. The host was great - quick responses and pleasant to deal with.
