Anuncio extamente como a casa encontrada. Anfitrião sempre disponível e solícito. Pequenos problemas na chegada foram rapidamente resolvidos. Mobiliario e equipamentos da casa sao mais que suficiente. Limpesa interna de 0 a 10, seria nota 8, limpesa externa 4, merece atenção. Local tranquilo, rua apertada mas sem movimento Garagem acomoda bem 3 carros, rua não cabe nada. Distancia da praia, sem crianças da para ir a pé, 1.800 metros mais ou menos. Com crianças nem pensar. A estadia foi boa e voltariamos em nova oprtunidade na região

Fomos positivamente surpreendidos com a casa. Antônio havia nos informado que a casa tinha sido reformada e estava diferente das fotos e realmente, a casa está linda, os espaços são ótimos, a área da piscina e churrasqueira são perfeitas, tem muito espaço, mesas e todos os utensílios que precisamos, a cozinha é incrivelmente equipada, a casa é muito confortável, os quartos são ótimos. Ficamos muito contentes com a experiência, o senhor Antônio e o caseiro foram muito solícitos e simpáticos, nos atenderam muito bem. Perto da casa há vários comércios como padaria e mercado. O local é bem tranquilo e de fácil acesso à praia.

Ótima opção em Maresias

Casa simples porém muito aconchegante, colchões ótimos e todos os quartos com ar condicionado. A princípio achamos a casa um pouco longe da praia, mas ficava perto de tudo. Proprietário muito atencioso e só tenho elogios a fazer. Espero retornar a Maresias e ficar mais uma vez em tua casa, nos divertimos muito e tanto a casa quanto o lugar são muito tops.
