Once you have been to La Casita Bonita Del Mar you will want to return!
This is a Private Home Not a Condo! You have privacy on the patio!
It is located in Las Conchas, a premier residential community with the most beautiful beaches . Very Relaxing!
It is Safe, Quiet, Peaceful, Sandy Beaches and Expansive. Just minutes (5) to downtown Puerto Penasco, (Rocky Point).
This is a cozy Two-Bedroom Beach Bungalow (single level-Home).
The Casita is on the Second Tier yet just 50 feet from The Beach with The Beach
Access Walkway Right in Front of The Home. Beach Access is slightly uneven to the stairs (12 steps) then you will be on the Beach!
Relax on the private front patio with the sounds of the ocean or go down on the beach and enjoy the warm Mexican sun.
Grill some fresh catch on the Barbecue Grill, or fresh Shrimp that you have purchased.
Two Large Master Bedrooms w/Master Baths, both bedrooms has comfortable BRAND NEW California King Beds, One fold out foam twin chair bed that sleeps 1 child.
Casita sleeps 4 Guests and 1 child
High-Speed WiFi through out.
Large open private patio area.
Lots of Parking.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, a coffee maker, blender, microwave and toaster.

Wonderful stay. Easy abd close access to the beach. Had to leave a say early because of concerns regarding hurricane Hillary.

Great casita!!! Close and easy to get to the beach!!! House had everything that we needed, we would like to return to this house again!!!

Location is excellent with quick access across quiet road

Only one drawback is path to beach steep & not recommended for those with walking disabilities. Better location however as other properties directly on beach have high tide problems during big storms
