This wonderful vacation town home is in the resort town of Bethany Beach and nestled in a quiet community with pool and tennis/pickle ball courts (included - no additional fees). This two story unit has living on the main floor and all three bedrooms upstairs. Easy access to the beach (bike, walk, seasonal trolley or drive). Down town Bethany Beach is just 8/10 of a mile. No smoking.

Nice townhouse

Very nice property. Walking distance to restaurants and short drive to beach and boardwalk. Plenty of space for our party of 9. Really enjoyed the screened in back deck.

Nice Family Rental

Great location, quiet area. On site pool was a plus. Screened in porch with fan was used a lot by us. Beach, restaurants within walking distance. Bethany Beach trolley ran past property entrance. Living room, bedrooms, baths and kirchen was like being at home. Kitchen was well stocked with silverware, cups, glasses, bowls, plates etc. Would recommend this for families.

Good location, very nice pool and atmosphere

The location is walkable or trolley nearby to the beach and boardwalk as well as conveniently next door to restaurants and stores. The condo was as described , clean but nothing provided ( bring soap, paper goods, dish detergent etc. kitchen is dated but has basics you would need. Overall a good stay
