We enjoyed staying at the house. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. It would have been easier to pack if the online listing would have been more detailed about what items were at the house. For example, I brought my own blender bc it didn’t say there was one in the online listing.

Great Family Vacation

The house was very clean and very well set up for comfort for a family of 6-8. There was plenty of space sleeping accommodations very comfortable and clean abd a quick bike ride to the beach. We loved our visit. Thank you so much

Clean, spacious with excellent TVs and extras. Very comfortable king bed. One uncomfortable bed and unsleepable pull out couch. Loved the parking pass given to us by realtor

Great house, great location

Our family of 6 stayed comfortably in this townhouse. Its just a mile from downtown Bethany and the beach (you do have to drive, but they do give you a parking pass, but you could also bike). The full size kitchen was well furnished for easy meals. The enclosed patio was very nice for meals. We definitely want to return and make this our "home at Bethany".

Wonderful, townhome within driving distance of beach

Our stay at unit 854 A of Pristina townhomes was absolutely wonderful --the place is an oasis away from big city life. The townhome has all new furniture, is very spacious, has plenty of dishes/utencils in the kitchen, and was perfect for the 5 girlfriends that joined on this beach vacation with me. We watched a movie in the living room, cooked dinners in the kitchen, and played Cards Against Humanity (brought by one of my friends) in the beautiful sunroom. If there were any drawbacks, it is only a caution that you are not guaranteed to have the place until as early at 3:00 pm and as late as 6:00 pm, depending on when the unit is cleaned. This can potentially get in the way of anyone wanting to drop off stuff and get ready to head to the beach the day you arrive. Also, you are expected to not only run all used dishes through the dishwasher, but also put them away, along with taking out the trash, so there are a few chores you are expected to do that aren't usually standard in other Air BNB's. We found those to be mild inconveniences in the grand scheme of things-- our vacation overall was wonderful!
