Welcome to Mahana 305, a a newly updated 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with exquisite ocean view, beach access, and central A/C nestled along the picturesque shores of Maui. There are elevators at this property. Unit 305 can accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and sliding glass doors that offer direct access to the lanai. The lanai has two screen doors that welcome a nice cross-breeze on windy days and blinds can be drawn to help cool off the condo. The en suite bathroom features a large bathtub/shower combo and modern fixtures. The second bathroom is conveniently located ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests which also includes a walk-in shower. The queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements for extra guests.

The floor-to-ceiling windows and private lanai allow for uninterrupted vistas of the turquoise waters, golden sunsets, and the neighboring islands in the distance. The living area is designed with an open-concept layout in mind. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials, modern appliances, sleek countertops, and ample storage space. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen.

The Mahana at Ka'anapali is a well-known upscale resort located at the north end of Ka'anapali Beach. The Mahana is close to the Ka'anapali Resort area and Whalers Village Shopping Center. You will enjoy the convenience of nearby restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and a local grocery store. The sand levels at the beach located in front of the resort can vary depending on the conditions and tides, but there is a sandy entry to the ocean. Please check in with local experts on weather and swimming conditions before entering the water. The resort also features a pool and tennis court on the property. Pool towels can be found near the lobby area and are available for all guests. There are no additional resort or parking fees.

We love the Mahana - from the incredible parking lot which is like a botanical garden to the beach front property with floor to ceiling glass windows to the beach itself. We love being walking distance to Whaler’s Village, Duke’s, the grocery store, food trucks and so much more!! The entire facility is kept meticulous!

Great place to stay!

The location was great, the views were amazing, we saw lots of whales. Well stocked kitchen and had lots of extra amenities that were appreciated. The condo was clean/tidy but could have used some dusting or a deep clean since there was a layer of dust on some things. Bedding was luxurious.

Beautiful oceanfront condo

The condo was just as advertised - beautiful oceanfront location, comfortable furnishings, and perfect for a couple. Although we didn't cook much, everything was provided. Great base for exploring the west side of Maui. Highly recommend this listing!

Great Stay

Just back from Maui. Condo was in a great location. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants,food truck park, bakery and beach walk. Great views from the lanai. Watched whales, dolphins, sea otters ,turtles and surfers. My wife said the kitchen had everything we needed ( even birthday candles). Nice appliances. Bed was comfortable and could hear the ocean roll in with the window open. Got a lot of use from the beach chairs/ beach towels provided . Also supplied a small cooler and a set of snorkel gear. Rental company was attentive to ensuring everything was satisfactory. Look forward to returning.

As Close as You Can Get to The Water!

The lanai was perfect for whale watching and listening to the sound of the waves at night from the bedroom was amazing! We did not cook in the unit but it looked there were plenty of supplies if that's what you wanted to do. Everything was clean and in order. It's a condo on the water and not with hotel services but you won't get this view from any of the hotels at a much higher price. There were newer beach chairs and a cooler available.The bed might not be up to some people's standards but we found it just fine.There were plenty of towels and a nice starter set of toiletries.The pool area is right by the beach and the lounge chairs available on the lawn by the water were great for laying out and reading.Parking was easy.Close to stores and walkable to food trucks.I would stay here again! Having 2 bathrooms was an especially nice touch.

Not only were the views the best in Maui (we had friends in 2 other resorts next door to compare), the supplies in the condo could not be better. There are cups with straws, little boogie boards, beach towels, chairs (under the bed), pots, pans, wine openers, etc. So many things that we didn't expect, but used daily. Did I mention the fridge has an ice maker!! We preferred our pool and spa over the crowded, totally reserved chairs at other pools at other resorts, and having pool towels at our disposal was an additional plus. This condo with free parking, unlimited whale watching from the balcony and great amenities is totally worth it.P.S. The only reason the management company was marked down was because the computer didn't work to get our parking pass at check in, so I called and the person told me to calm down on the phone when I was totally calm. The front desk issued me the pass with no problems after that.

Loved listening to waves while having coffee every morning a very peaceful and relaxing location. Found the furniture although tastefully island specific , because of the size and amount of pieces, made the space feel smaller and cramped, especially on the lanai. Noted dust on the many decorative pieces and was cleaning the many glass surfaces frequently. Rugs were stained some wear and tear in or on multiple surfaces. Dishwasher leaked all over floor first time thought it was the refrigerator because that’s where the water was in front of , second time I was right there again flooded kitchen floor spent good amount of time cleaning the mess. Chafe N Rainbows were responsive to first notification but only could say it was not the refrigerator. Second notification we were getting ready to leave so not sure if they fixed it, seamed to be older appliances could use some updating.

Reviewer Comments: The condo location was beautiful with being so close to the ocean. The Mahana is a beautiful resort, but would not stay in this condo again. We loved the general lay out of condo and of course the ocean front. However....We found condo extremely cluttered-had to put suitcase on couch for 10 days (no other room) condo not very clean. Closet full of bedding that had to be moved to allow to hang clothes, smell heavy must. Broken blue glass pieces behind swivel chairs( I took picture) could have been a hazard. Toilet in Master flushed slowly-did not use for fear of flooding(we did report on day 1 ). BR fan covered with prices of dust(pictures) like had been not touched for months. Some ones shoe insert in washer that floated up when doing laundry. A great spot but too cluttered

The bed was comfortable as was the living area, although so much big, heavy furniture made the rooms feel closed in.However, your cleaning crew isn't doing right by you. The tile floor in the kitchen, entry and the dressing area off the bedroom was FILTHY dirty. There was dust hanging off the mirror frame by the bed. The lanai - floor and furniture was so filthy and caked with sand we couldn't sit out there - you knew we were coming ...We found three different WIFI networks and passwords. The phone number we were given for the unit was disconnected. We realize there is no obligation to provide a phone, but just leave that info off the paperwork! The dryer lint trap was broken - and FULL - we pulled out several fistsful of lint so that the dryer could operate properly.Plenty of bathroom towels, but ONE teeny tiny kitchen dish towel!??

Nice relaxing stay along the beach with sunset view

Enjoyed the property. The blinds were broken which kind of ruined the view, so we had to go on the balcony only for the view. While this is booked through vrbo, they will send you emails to register and sign forms from a different website (Chase'N Rainbows). Overall pleased, but we've stayed in better places in Maui.

Lucked out because the South side units where all involved in spralding work over. Very noisy there. Our unit was quiet as were all the North side units. 305 was very well decorated and was well equipped unit. Living room window shades need to be replaced or fixed. They were impossible to work. Our ocean views were unobstructed in both the bedroom and living room. We viewed whales every day we were there Jan 5 - 14, 2022. Would definitely use Chase N Rainbows again to book Mahana!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice. The location was good, with awesome sunsets. It could use a few updates though. The stovetop back 2 burners didn't work, the carpet was a bit dingy, the tub/shower in the master bathroom needed the drain to be cleaned out, the lever to activate the shower would not engage all the way so water would shoot out of the sides and standing water built up while showering. The sun shades in living room didn't work properly, perhaps needed new batteries? Lanai was crowded with 2 sets of tables and chairs, felt that 1 set would have been enough. In order to use the pull out sofabed it took 2 adults to move the very heavy glass coffee table which was a pain. The front door lock was tricky and wouldn't always work properly which was perturbing. Overall, though, we did enjoy our stay there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at the Mahana several times. The view and location are amazing. This unit needs some TLC and repairs. In a nutshell, the stove top only had 2 of 4 elements working, the living room blinds were broken, kitchen supplies missing some basics. The unit is way cluttered with things like fake flowers and plants, leaving very little counter space for our items. We had to clear everything before settling in. Windows (living room ocean view) were filthy and we couldnt take photos of them. I assume the HOA is responsible for cleaning the outside. Screen to lanai was torn, and one of the beach chairs supplied was also broken. Make sure you check before taking it to the beach. Also, the kitchen wasn’t very clean in general when we moved in, but we were able to get it cleaned up ourselves. If you don’t cook, it’s probably workable for you. We will come back to the Mahana but maybe not this unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointing. I rented this for tow good friends and they did not enjoy the unit at all. The remote control for the blinds did not work, and they couldn't keep the sun and heat out in the afternoon. I called, and it was not taken care of. My friend got sick with food poisoning like symptoms on the second day. It turns out that there was a cockroach in the coffee filter basket!! Not good. Also, the bathroom door hinges were so loose that the door wouldn't close. My friend had to make the repair himself. Finally, the windows were so dirty that the view was impaired, even though I realize that this is not within the control of Chase N Rainbows. I had called Chase N Rainbows three times on this, with no response as to what they would do.I have been a customer for Chase N Rainbows for over 20 years, and this is the only time I have had any issues.NOT HAPPY!!
