Recently updated, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo is the perfect place to stay for your little family! The Master Suite features a private bath, King Bed, TV with DVD Player and deck access. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a TV with cable with access to the guest bathroom. If you need extra sleeping, there is a Queen air mattress.
Unit also features a full kitchen with small and large appliances and everything you would need to make a meal for your family.
There is an electric grill on the deck.
The Deck has seating for 4 with a nice view of the main channel of the Lake of the Ozarks!
The complex features an indoor and outdoor pool (with hot tub and sauna), a clubhouse, a game room, tennis courts (one indoors), a basketball court, a playground, and exercise facility. Bedbugs

It was a lot of things that wasn't working as follows :the toilet stop working twice, had to get another washing machine because the other leaked water,the deck ceiling fan wasn't working,they brought a fan for us to use on the deck, garbage disposal stop working the day we were leaving, my cousin got bite by bed bugs and I got a picture of the little demon. I rented a boat that didn't work properly, kept cutting off, and only went 9mph! I always come this time wasn't good at all

Thanks for leaving a review of Knolls 123. The only way we can improve is by guests letting us know when there is an issue. And we appreciate you letting others know that we responded to every one of your issues while you were staying here. As soon as you reported the leaking washing machine we had a new one delivered within a few hours that same day. At that time we checked the toilet and couldn't find anything not working. After you and spoke, I inspected the toilet at your departure and again everything was working normally. The ceiling fan was working, however the switch in the house was not properly set (discovered after you left) and we did bring you a fan immediately. The garbage disposal had something stuck in it, which is why it quit working. We removed the object and it is working fine. Concerning the boat rental, that was not rented through our company and had nothing to do with us. Finally the bed bug issue. The picture you sent us was not of a bed bug. In addition I personally inspected all the mattresses, sheets, etc. the day of your departure and there was absolutely no evidence of any bed bugs or any other type of insect on the mattresses or in/on the beds. By the pictures you sent it is apparent that something bit you but it wasn't bed bugs. We had two guests right before your stay and have had two right after your stay and no complaints about bed bugs. We are sorry that you had a few items that were not working, but again we responded immediately and addressed each of those issues. Thanks again for your review. Russell Burdette Property Manager

Condo stay

Our condo inside was newly remodeled and in nice condition. The balcony was pretty dirty. The outside of the Knolls is showing a lot of wear. The kids loved the indoor pool. Dust are furniture tells me cleaning was not very thorough. The bath tub in 1 bathroom was disgusting.

Needs some updates

Overall a below average condo. Not very clean, dishes and silverware needed to be cleaned before using. The patio was very dirty and needed swept. The bathrooms were not very good, some mold and needs more caulk. The beds were not comfortable. The condo really needs updated. Also we bought air freshers to help with the smell. Not enough toilet paper and garbage bags. Positives the living room and dining room furniture was really nice. Check in process and communications was really easy. Nice fridge. I felt it was overpriced. The knolls is a really great place.

Needs a few updates!

The area was great, it is a quiet cove so not a ton of wake to beat up your boat in the cove. It definitely could use some updates. It was cleanish, but obviously has been patched frequently instead of updated. We had trouble finding outlets that worked. We only had 2 trash bags in the kitchen and supplies were very short. The trailer parking and launch spot were handy, but not easy to use and very little available. We needed 2 slips and there was only one available so we had to launch one boat at the state park anyway. Eli from the management company was very helpful .

Great Property in Awesome Location

Had a great 4th of July weekend with the whole family. Clean, safe, and conveniently located. Balconies have great view of the lake and the complex's pools, playgrounds, and tennis courts were lots of fun.
