You'll love the open "beachy" living area with a beautifully remodeled kitchen that opens to the lanai through two large sliding glass doors. The screened lanai is large enough to relax and dine, with ample seating to entertain. On the upper level, enjoy the beautiful Captiva weather from a sun deck.

As part of Sunset Captiva, a quiet 59-home community in the heart of Captiva Village, this Captiva Island vacation rental is in a fantastic location — just a short walk to the historical Captiva district where you will find restaurants rich with island charm and fare, boutiques, galleries, and a small but well-provisioned grocery store. Sunset Captiva offers guests great amenities like a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, and a private boardwalk leading to the Gulf.

Property was beautiful inside and out

The moment we pulled up to 28 Captiva we were very impressed. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensils you would need and the ice maker was incredible.Bedrooms and loft area were perfect for 6 guest.we were also impressed with all the channels on the TV. The walk to the beach was perfect as were the sunset .My wife and I loved having our coffee on the rooftop deck .

Island Paradise

Even though we arrived just as COVID-19 was making its way through Florida and the Southeast, we were genuinely able to enjoy this dm fabulous location . Even just going to the beach and pool, with a smattering of takeout options was enough to help us relax. The house was just as described. Kitchen was very well-appointed. Everything you could need. Bedrooms were very cozy. Cannot think of a single thing it was lacking. We will be back!

As always, the beach houses in Sunset Captiva are clean, comfortable and inviting. We had a great time in Captiva, capped off by a nice Halloween for the kids. Getting candy in perfect, 75-degree weather beats the cold Midwest any day! This was our fourth time in Sunset Captiva with Royal Shell and we couldn't have been happier with the vacation.
