At The Beach • Captiva Island Vacation Rental

Captiva's fabulous beaches are only 140 feet away when you stay "At The Beach." This lovely elevated home's pool and spa area are beautifully landscaped and have a privacy fence and plenty of room for dining, relaxing, or playing a game of ping pong in the covered area. Outdoor decks include a sun deck off the master bedroom and gorgeous views of the Gulf from widow's peak on the roof!

Located on the desirable Andy Rosse Lane in Captiva Village, you'll be within walking distance of many restaurants and shops that define the Captiva lifestyle. You will find everything you need for the perfect vacation in this upscale Captiva Island vacation rental!

This house can accommodate up to 10 people and will allow weddings with a non-refundable event fee of $2,750 plus tax and a refundable security deposit of $1,000. For more information on events, please get in touch with our office.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property

We found this property to be exactly as described and listed. The location is perfect- just two lots away from beach. Located on a beautiful street that is really at the center of all that Captiva has to offer. We had three different family “units” in our party (party of 10) and this house was perfect for us. Different bedroom/bathroom areas gave everyone their own space. Great backyard/pool area and spacious kitchen, too. There were a few things we needed for house after arrival and property manager sent someone right away in all cases. Recommend!!!

At the Beach

Property was amazing and located perfectly! Our entire family had an amazing stay! It is right next to YOLO sports and the Mucky Duck. Pool was spectacular…beds super comfortable and House was immaculate! Only feedback would be to ensure you buy everything you need —- there is literally nothing left in cabinets from previous renters (spices, soap, etc). Otherwise, we loved the home and would absolutely rent again!

Excellent location. House has moisture and mold issues.

Moisture in ceilings of upstairs bathroom and sitting room off dining room. Mold and mold smell caused coughing in those rooms. Lost two days of pool use due to heavy landscaping. activity. Pool not clean on arrival and took until mid week to get pool clean. Grill lighter did not work and no hand lighter. Smoke alarm would not shutoff and had to remove battery. Main positive was location.

At The Beach

Centrally located in Captiva Village. Just a short walk to the beach and most restaurants. Plenty of space for the family to gather or just spend quiet time alone.

Great location & ample spaces

We had a very fun family gathering at this house. The multilevel arrangements worked well for a few groups to still have some separate space in the mornings or evenings if desired. Location was amazing! We walked everywhere. A hop to the beach. To see manatees at Jensens marina. The restaurants, mucky duck. The crows nest is perfect for cocktails and sunset action if you’re not up for the crowd at Mucky Duck. Kids and adults loved the pool and hot tub. The ring gate was fun for all!!

Great house. Amazing location. There were several items missing from the kitchen (like 2 coffee mugs for 10 people) and the property manager was very responsive to restocking them.
