Feel at home in this hundred-year-old home with traditional urban New England architectural design.
This apartment is the second floor of a three-slab (triplex) home in the Southwest neighborhood of Hartford, Connecticut. The other 2 apartments in the home are long term tenants and working professionals also managed by us.
The apartment features everything you need within the traditional living room and dining room which includes a workspace for any work or study needs.
The unit has a front deck featuring wonderful sunset views with a patio set for enjoying a fresh cup of coffee - as well as a back porch for relaxing at sunrise.
The unit offers 2 shared entrances for easy access and is in walking distance to Trinity College.
Street parking is unlimited (See notes in "getting around" section).
1 driveway spot is reserved for off-street parking for a normal sized vehicle.
If you require specific parking needs, let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate you!
Please mind that we are NOT downtown and Hartford as a whole is not a very walkable city. Like most of Connecticut, car transportation including Uber/Lyft is recommended.
