50m from the famous Lincoln Road full of restaurants and shops, waking distance from the beach, cinemas, supermarket....you are in the heart of the best Miami Beach as to offer.
Full equipped kitchen, Full Bathroom, washer/Dryer, 2 big Flat-screen TV (50 inches), High Speed Internet (5G 100BPS), 1 full bed, 1 sofa/bed queen size and 1 sofa bed twin size. 5 people max. You can park on street or cover parking place at 2mn walking (25usd/ per day)
The building is old and not very nice inside, but the area is very quiet and safe.
No problem of ket lost, the access of the apartment is through a digital code
You are walking distance from everything , You don't need a car but If you want to explore all South Beach the best way is to rent a bike and you have a bike station just 1mn walking from the apartment
If you have any problem, we have here for you 24/7 and we speak English, Spanish, and French
