The cabins are beautiful and so is the property! The only drawback is if the other cabins are booked it’s not as private on the patio since you can see all of the patios easily if outside.

Babes Bayou offers a peaceful, private lakefront retreat in Vian, Oklahoma where comfort meets outdoor adventure. What makes our property truly unique is the combination of on-site amenities and close proximity to some of the best fishing and recreation in the region.

Our private lake is stocked with catfish and bass, allowing guests to fish just steps from their cabin. Paddle boats and kayaks are available for relaxing time on the water, and each cabin features its own hot tub for unwinding under the stars. Evenings are made special with fire pits surrounded by swings, and wood is provided to make gatherings simple and stress free. Blackstone griddles and charcoal grills make outdoor cooking easy and enjoyable.

Beyond the property, adventure is just minutes away. Lake Tenkiller and Greenleaf Lake are both within 15 minutes and offer boat rentals for a full day on the water.
