The cabin was beautiful, all remodeled and very clean. Really nice personal touches and they supplied a lot of necessary toiletries. The decor was perfect and they offered all the kitchen items needed. You truely dont need to bring anything except your clothes and food wanted. The hosts were so friendly and prompt in reaponding and conversing with me. We would love to stay again and look forward to when we can.
Beautiful property that is well maintained. Cabin had lots of extras that made it feel so cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, etc. Host was kind w/great communication.
What an amazing little place! We came for a weekend visit to enjoy the fall colors. The cabin was very cute, and offered everything that we needed. From kayaks to paddle around the lake to games for a relaxing night in, this place has it all.
Clean, well equipped. AC outstanding this time of summer in a cabin. Perfect if you have a little run about boat to explore the flowage. Great yard directly on lake, sandy shore. Walking distance to restaurant. Hosts are outstanding and responsive.
We loved this cabin. Had all the amenities we could ask for. The dock, where we were able to keep our boat, just steps from the back door, made boating so convenient. Melissa and Tim were the BEST hosts. All texts were answered immediately. The lakes are beautiful with so many places to stop while boating.
The most up-to-date and cleanest cabin we've ever rented on the chain. First time we didn't feel like we had to do a bunch of cleaning before we could unpack and get comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised by all the little added touches, like the complimentary snacks and toiletries. Even wood for the fire pit! Again, a first and all of it very much appreciated. Communication was great and we would recommend this rental to family & friends.
Great little cabin near lake. Perfect for 3 adults. Had everything we needed. Kayaks were great perk to spend time on lake. Cabin walking distance to 3 bar/restaurants. Only downside was we couldn’t spend time on deck after dark. Mosquitoes are ravenous. LOL. Neighbors really nice too.
This was a great little cabin for our family of 4. Updated nicely, clean and furnished with all you need. Close to everything but still quiet. The hosts were great and I can't recommend this place enough. Book it!
We stayed at this cabin in early June and it was perfect. This cabin is beautifully finished and had everything needed. The location is great, just outside of town so plenty of wildlife, deer in the yard multiple mornings. A flat and very short walk to the dock and beach. The beach isn’t huge but our 5 and 7 year old loved it. It’s also a great area to paddle board or kayak. Fire pit with a great view was the spot for s’mores most nights, owner supplied the firewood which isn’t common. We will definitely be back again. The check in process was a breeze and the owners asked if we needed anything once we got settled in. Seemed like great VRBO owners.
Pocahontas was the perfect place for my husband and I to vacation in. The hosts were great, the cabin was clean and beautiful. We can’t wait to stay again.
Amazing experience - beautiful and comfortable cabin!
Where do I start? Cabin is amazing and in an excellent location. It is also very modern and very comfortable. Grounds are beautiful with an amazing view of the lake and sunrises from the patio or living area windows. Very short walk to great restaurant that has great selection and outdoor patio seating. And last but not least, Melissa and Tim are the friendliest most accommodating hosts I have ever encountered. Don't forget that the chain is a beautiful body of water to be on. Thank you for the great memories!!!
