The famous Trimble Hot springs is minutes away. Enjoy your morning coffee in the hot tub overlooking the beautiful Animas valley. Zip up to the Mountain to hit the slopes or buzz into town to enjoy downtown Durango. This home is in the perfect spot to enjoy the best of both worlds.
