Fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, laundry room, and a large outdoor pool. Bring your boat! Boat trailer parking available, and incredible boat water access to Boca Grande pass! Public boat ramp two streets over for easy drop in. Fish right off the dock or watch the marine life pass by! * Please note no a/c in the second bathroom and boat house is unavailable for use.
