Use this quaint, welcoming spot in the heart of East Nashville as your home base for exploring the city. My goal is for your stay to be a relaxing home away from home.

You'll have the entire first floor to yourself. Just know I live on the second floor (with a separate entrance). Check out the rest of this listing for more details on shared spaces.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Coming from Michigan, we were looking for a local place, that was within minutes of downtown. This place is very quaint. We loved it. It's in a quiet neighborhood. It's clean and cozy. It was a nice escape from exploring the tourist-y things in Nashville. Great location! A quiet getaway after spending the day in the busyness of downtown. Alex is a great host and very responsive. The front porch swing was awesome! A very pleasant and super-comfy stay with the loveliest host! Alex’s place was perfect for the two of us (3 nights); conveniently located house is beautifully done w/great variety of spaces to hang in (front porch, covered back patio/deck, living room & good sized kitchen table for remote working.
