Crystal Serenity Cottage Jul/Aug min 6n arrive Mon depart Sun only. Beautiful 3BR cottage with full Basement. Relax on the Deck, take a swim in the Pool, swing in the hammock or try your hand at a game of pool! Central Air Conditioned. Family rental cottage only no party groups. Primary renter must be at least 30 years old.
Two large TVs! 900m walk to Crystal Beach. No parties, no outdoor noise after 11 pm. Max 7 persons. Unheated Pool Open June 1 till Mid Sept.
The space
Beautifully landscaped backyard with a Wisteria covered pergola, pond (with waterfall) and unheated above ground pool. The wrap around deck provides lots of space to lounge and barbecue beside the pool. 3 comfortable rooms, with a nice upstairs lounge. 49" smart TV to entertain the kids.
Please note, stays at this house do not qualify for the 2022 Ontario Staycation Tax Credit.
Guest access
The entire property will be available for you. 2 parking spaces in the driveway.
Maximum capacity for the home is 7. Owners will be by to service the home, If you are in excess of the 7 person capacity you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
Lawncare and pool care takes place on Sunday weather permitting. Please assist our staff with accessing the property should the need arise.
Other things to note
During your stay you may temporarily store bagged organic garbage in the outdoor freezer. Please be sure to remove all garbage with you when you leave.

PETS:
Please clean up and throw out any pet waste. We have fenced the yard, but do not guarantee it is pet safe. Please supervise pets at all times and keep them off of the furniture. They must be crated if left unsupervised in the house.

Location within walking and driving distance of various sites and restaurants. The cottage has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is clean and well stocked with dishes, cutlery and appliances. Property is well-kept, landscaped and private.We enjoyed our stay and although the weather didn’t cooperate every day, we found fun things to do and interesting places to visit on rainy days. Also, the pool in the yard was a nice bonus! Will stay again.

Great Summer Getaway

Crystal Serenity Cottage did not disappoint. Location is great, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The cottage itself was inviting, clean, comfortable, quiet, fully equipped with all you need for a fun, relaxing, time with family. The pool was clean, accessible, and a good option when you need a break from the beach but need to stay cool. The host was reliable, quick to respond, and ensured that we had all we needed to check in and have a good stay. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone.

The property was wondering the house was very clean only problem we had his neighbor is very very rude and gets upset if your dogs out for any time so if you're taking dogs please keep that in mind

Perfect cottage close to the lake!

We enjoyed our stay at the crystal serenity cottage. The house was clean, as described, and stocked with everything we needed. It is a great location not far from the falls and a walking distance to Lake Erie. We enjoyed the short walk to the local shops and restaurants. Don’t hesitate to rent this cottage!

Home away from home

I was so pleased with the cottage. It had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. I just wish the wisteria had been blooming. It will be so beautiful when it does.

Serenity Cottage Crystal Beach.

The property was very nicely laid out. The hammock in the back yard looked very inviting under the large arbor. Unfortunately the hammock was wet from a previous rain and because it was constantly shaded it never dried out enough to use. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table. We also used some of the games that were provided. It was nice to have access to a dryer for the towels after using the pool. It would have been nice to have a clothes line for the bathing suits. I got stuck on the back deck one day when I was there by myself as the sliding door needed to be lifted when pushing it open and I wasn't able to do this from outside. I was able to eventually get back inside with the help of the next door neighbour. We used a beach a few miles away in Fort Erie as I thought the Bay beach entry fees combined with parking price was a bit much, especially on a holiday and weekends. The kids enjoyed the nearby park and the dog enjoyed her walks around the neighbourhood.
