We had to drive across a grassy field to get to the house. No designated driveway. The two bathroom commodes had not been cleaned. Feces present. The living/kitchen area presents well and the beds were comfortable. The dishwasher had not been emptied from the previous group. We stayed at this house only at night. Very disappointing.

Janet, There are 2 entrances to the property. Both of them are nice newly graveled. Seems like you chose to leave the gravel and take the cut off through the filed.
The property is on well water and the toilet bowls do stain. We can ensure you that the discoloration is NOT feces!!!
We take pride in having a clean property and have never had these types of complaints.
As far as the dishes in dishwasher.
This happens from time to time due to the previous guest not starting dishwasher as requested upon checkout,
We had a wonderful stay! We loved that it was close to everything we wanted but still secluded and private, just the right mix. Kitchen was well stocked and the host was quick to respond and wonderful to deal with! Would definitely recommend and stay again!
Awesome quarters for our stay. We fished a bass tournament on Lake Ouachita and the house was perfect. A plus accommodations and we had everything we needed.
Although I wish we could have used the fireplace inside the property, we had an amazing time and this has about everything you could want from a cabin in the woods.
Beautiful home and even more gorgeous property. The owner is extremely friendly and courteous. He is kind and understanding. This is pet friendly, large, and near my home so we will be renting it again for family in the future! This is an amazing place and I’d recommend them to anyone!
We loved our visit to Hot Springs. The location of the house was amazing. It was fun to see dear and sit on the porch with our coffee every morning. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.
This was a gem of a pet-friendly cabin near Hot Springs. Usually on vacation, we are out and about exploring everything. But the cabin was so cozy we found it hard to leave. We would love to return.
