This stunning home is just a 300 yards from Carondelet Park, some of the very best family outdoor atmosphere Saint Louis has to offer A ten minute walk or two minute drive to Starbucks (also 400 yards) and walking distance to groceries and dining. Take your dog on a walk or just enjoy the quiet.
