We chose the Hills of Portalon, Costa Rica, as the perfect place to build our homes because it offers an unparalleled combination of natural beauty and tranquility. From the moment we discovered this location, we were captivated by its breathtaking ocean and jungle views, as well as the abundant wildlife—toucans, sloths, monkeys, and more—that make every day feel magical. The serene, private setting allows guests to truly unwind, while still being just a 10-minute drive from pristine beaches. Additionally, the Hills of Portalon is ideally situated for adventure seekers, with world-renowned destinations like Manuel Antonio National Park, white water rafting excursions, and the stunning Nauyaca Waterfalls all within easy reach. For us, this unique blend of accessibility, adventure, and peaceful seclusion made it the perfect place to create an unforgettable retreat for our guests.

We are conveniently located equally between two tourist destinations, Manuel Antonio national park which offers a great chance to see natural wildlife like monkeys and sloths in their natural habitat. 20 minutes in the other direction is Dominical, a popular surf village with many amenities and world class surfing. We are also close to many other attractions like Nauyaca falls, Bahia Ballena nationial park, Rainmaker Park with tons of outdoor activities nearby like whitewater rafting, fishing, surfing, diving, ziplining, horseback riding, and ATV tours just to name a few. It is an adventure lover's dream location and the property itself is stunning offering high end amenities and appointments.
