Relax with friends and family at this peaceful home with all modern amenities located in the heart of Sonoma wine country. Fantastic location with easy access to wineries, downtown Santa Rosa, the Russian River Valley, Sonoma County Airport, and world-class dining.

City Permit #SVR21-086

-Santa Rosa city ordinances limit the number of cars at this home to three. Please make arrangements to ensure your party uses no more than three cars.
-No parties or events allowed. Any violation of this rule could lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
-A maximum of six short-term renters and a maximum of three additional daytime guests are allowed.
-Please do not play music in the patio. There is a county wide ordinance that there can be no amplified music (including boom boxes and speakers on phones) outdoors at any vacation rentals in Sonoma county at any time.
-Please respect the noise curfew. Quiet hours are 9pm-8am.
-No smoking allowed.
-No pets allowed.
-No unregistered guests allowed.
-Parking is available for maximum 3 cars (one in the garage, one on the driveway, one on the street). Street Parking is limited. Also please note that you can only park on the opposite side of the street. Parking is not allowed on our side of the street by the city rules.
-Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
-No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
-Please no candles or flames on the property.
-Use sauna at your own risk. Guests assumes all liability and responsibility for use of sauna. Sauna is for adult use only. No children are allowed in the sauna.

Great prompt communication from start to finish. The infrared sauna, the comfy beds and full kitchen as well as dedicated parking were all very appreciated. The house is well maintained and very clean. We stayed with another couple and we really valued having the extra bedrooms and baths. Very safe walkable neighborhood that was within 90 minutes drive of all of our plans for the area. Stay here if you are interested in Sonoma, Napa, Healdsburg and the coastal redwoods and whale watching sites. About 1 hour 20 minutes from SFO.

Excellent apartment, well lit and spacious

Check-in was easy. Kitchen has all the basics. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty of towels etc. Apartment was very clean. Good proximity to nearby eateries, downtown. Only issue: the front yard needed some TLC, but overall, we had a good stay and would return here if in the area.

Property was exactly as described! I very much appreciated having a fully stocked kitchen with detergent, paper towels and spices/oils. Also, the laundry tabs included were so nice! Very quiet neighborhood and located right by Highway 12. Would highly recommend! We had a group of 4 ladies and it was perfect!

This newer townhome was well appointed and pretty much as represented. There could always be a few things listed in any home and I could elaborate but I don't want to be petty. Good location, walkable to a few eateries etc and right off of HWY 12.
