We expected a wonderful, beautiful location and it was perfect! Delia as a hostess was amazing too- she had so many special touches when we arrived that we felt immediately right at home. The floorplan worked great for our family with lots of extra space - we especially loved the sunroom, the kitchen was totally furnished with anything you might need and the property was so peaceful. I totally recommend this home and the surrounding grounds, gardens and the added bonus of the pickle ball court and firepit! Thank you for a wonderful week!
Pictures do not do the property of the home any justice. It’s like staying at something straight from a country home magazine. The hosts are gracious and provided a small assortment of local freshness that only added to the enjoyment.

We enjoyed hosting you and LOVED the photos that you shared! Monte was a model 4-legged guest as well, we hope you will all come back again!
This is one of the best places I’ve stayed. Beautiful house set in a farm with views of the VT mountains. Wonderful and thoughtful hosts who were great with communication. We got in late and walked into a lovely house with a few snacks set out and some items in the refrigerator so we didn’t need to shop immediately. Bravo!
Always a great stay and being here in the summer was even more amazing if that’s possible. The fresh vegetables provided by the host along with s’mores for the fire and the addition of a pickle ball court, who could want more? That is, unless you crave pizza and can use the fresh herbs and pizza oven to make restaurant quality food overlooking the amazing property.
Thanks as always to our amazing hosts, we love it more each time.
Our group rented the main house and apartment across the driveway. We were greeted by our host Delia when we arrived. She was warm and friendly. We also met the farmer Lynn and gardener Lucy who were super kind and informative towards the four small children (ages 2 to 7) in our family. The main house was immaculate. Delia paid incredible attention to detail. For example: fresh cut flowers , fresh vegetables and eggs in the frig, umbrellas
to cope with hurricane Debby, wood for the fire pit and many more thoughtful touches. The farm and grounds were gorgeous. There was a lovely walking trail ideally suited for all ages. Two ponds, a beautiful view of the Green mountains to the east and a totally enchanting raised bed flower and vegetable garden complete with an elongated dining table. The pickle ball court was a big hit with the children and adults alike. The paddles and and balls were provided. A totally whimsical property peopled by kind-hearted folks.
