Great house and location!

Really enjoyed the stay at the house it was clean and close to everything we did! Communication with managers and the check in process were seamless.

We were a group of adults staying in this house, and there were many positives: the location (walking distance to the beach), a spacious and well equipped kitchen and a gas grill for preparing group meals, a large screened porch overlooking the golf course, a full bathroom for each of the 4 bedrooms, and excellent communication and quick responses from the management company. Grocery store is a short drive. We had an enjoyable weekend.There were, however, some things that could be improved upon: the carpet and the porch furniture had stains; the house accommodated 8 adults in 4 bedrooms, but the dining table inside and the dining table on the porch only had room for 6 chairs (if you were staying here with children, this probably wouldn’t be an issue since you could set up one table as a kids’ table); one of the bedrooms had only one nightstand, so one adult had nowhere to place eyeglasses, phone, water bottle, etc. overnight; there were no beach chairs, umbrellas or bikes provided as part of a rental that gos S 800.00 per night.

Lovely home with plenty of room for the 8 of us. Each bedroom with its own bathroom. Kitchen is large and well equipped. Very convenient location to the beach and community pool and a short bike ride to Night Heron Park. Beautiful part of the island in Vanderhorst Plantation. All that was a plus. The cleanliness, however, was not what one would expect in a home at this price. Stains on all the cushions inside and out. Hair and dirt on the floors and in corners of the bathroom. Don’t sit on the dining room rattan chairs without putting a towel down first; food trapped in the crevices will be all over your clothes. If you are particular about cleanliness, look elsewhere.
