Get Away to Bailey, Colorado!

The Bailey Cottage is within Riverdale Village and is a rustic but warm and cozy home to get away and relax for a few days or maybe longer. The Bailey Cottage backs up to Pike National Forest.

We want to let you know that keeping the cottage clean and sanitary is a high priority. Great effort is made to ensure that the cottage is thoroughly cleaned after each stay. Your comfort and health is important to us. Our goal is to provide you a place to relax and enjoy your time away.

Our amenities include a heated outdoor pool (weather permitting), stocked catch and release fishing pond, playground, covered BBQ area for group parties, fishing access to North Fork South Platte River.

We’re minutes away from a grocery store, a liquor store, restaurants, winery, and a brewery.

With several hiking trails close by, there’s plenty of opportunity to get outdoors and enjoy beautiful Bailey Colorado.

Family Wedding

Was the perfect location for a family wedding we attended in Bailey. Close to venue and close to town! The cottage was clean, beds were comfortable, and amenities were as described.

Great stay!

Stayed for two nights in July 2024. The place was just right for us- very clean and everyone was happy with their bedroom- comfy beds. My only complaint was that we got into town after 8:30pm and had to go without dinner because everything was closed up. My son even caught a whopper of a trout in the catch and release pond!

Safe beautiful setting

This was my first VRBO experience and it was great! Our host was awesome to work with. The home was neat and clean. There were 8 of us, with nice bedrooms and enough sitting spaces. The outside deck area was an added bonus. I really recommend this place.

really enjoyed the time there we used the pool and fishing was great my grandson caught 2 fish for the first time. thanks for having some poles for them to use. hope to come back soon.

Ideal family vacation home

We had a great stay at the Bailey Cottage. We had children ranging from 2-14 years old staying there and the amenities available in the neighborhood really set this home apart from the others. The heated pool, playground, fishing pond, creek and tree swing provided fun for all. We enjoyed grilling out and dining at the large table outside. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen are updated. There is a treehouse adventure park 2 minutes away and a nice market nearby with quality food items, produce and meats. The property manager on-site is super nice and helpful and has really sweet dogs. The owner of the house is very responsive and immediately took care of anything that we needed. This place is a true gem!
