➝ Pet-Friendly - one dog under 40lbs (must be included in the reservation- $60 per pet fee); sorry, we don't allow any other pets and no cats

Beautiful, well-maintained, historic neighborhood with gorgeous mature trees throughout.
- Walk to Warren Buffet’s house!
- 9 minutes to TD Ameritrade Park, Charles Schwab Field and the Capital District.
- Walk to Elmwood Golf Course, Elmwood Park and Pool (open to the public).
- 5 minutes to the Underwood restaurants/central Dundee.
- 5 minutes to Aksarben entertainment district.
- An incredibly short drive to the hospitals and highway access.
- Numerous walking trails, parks and beautifully maintained streets for evening strolls.
- Easy commutes to Blackstone and Benson entertainment districts.

The studio is a basement unit below another Airbnb rental. Guests upstairs are asked to keep the same quiet hours, but please be mindful of them.
