Beautiful park across the street. Owner was great at communicating! The smoke detectors went off both nights. The shower liner is too short and touched you the entire time you showered. It's definitely not secluded. Needs some love and care. Very run down. We paid over 1000 for 2 nights, most we've ever paid and definitely the worst place we've ever stayed. I appreciate his communication and turning tge heat off because it was very warm and he accommodated our last minute changes and it was in a good location for my dads celebration of life but our sheets were stained and the apartment needs love and a deep cleaning of the kitchen and cabinets.

Great space and location

The apartment was plenty of space for our family (two young kids). Great location - beautiful park/walking path across the street and walkable to downtown Manchester

Great location for us! Beautiful city park across the street

I had a different impression from the photos than i experienced upon arrival. However, the manager and staff were amazing, responded quickly, and helped me feel better about our stay. The park was a real bonus.

This house was perfect. We needed a place for 3 days for my son’s college graduation for 5 people. Having a home was so much more convenient than a hotel. Although it’s an older home, it is well kept and clean. The house is centrally located close to restaurants and stores. Amenities were similar to a hotel. The area around the home can be off putting but inside was nice.

Older home with good bones but needs a refresh.

Convienently located, quiet, and the host is very communcative. Things of note: This is a second floor home with steep narrow stairs. I would not recommend if you have mobility issues. Advertised washer/dryer was not present. It is an older home with good bones but needs a serious refresh. The paint is old and dull with lots of patch work and stains. While it may be clean, it does not feel clean. Bedroom doors that did not shut or lock. Sheets felt worn with minor stains and no top sheet on the beds. Window A/C units; in one room the extension cord stretched across the room from the only working outlet. The bed side lamps in that room are for looks only as there is nowhere to plug them or your cell phone in to an outlet. Room darkening curtains in the bedrooms would be a good idea for guests needing to sleep past sunrise. It is a good starter but needs work.
