Although I personally didn't make it to stay at the property due to hitting a deer on the way, my family stayed there. They said it was a lovely place and if we are ever in the area again we plan to stay here

Great place to stay

We loved our stay here. Perfect location for what we came here for. Quiet neighborhood and easy to travel to and from. The house was immaculate, well stocked, and super organized. Definitely check it out.

Brand new was a surprisingly delight.

Fishing trip with friends and family

We enjoyed our stay in the beautifully decorated house, house is super cute and nice. We enjoyed a few days on the water fishing and caught plenty of grouper and snapper. We will be back

Amazing Home Away from Home

If you are looking for somewhere that is new, beautifully decorated, and SPOTLESS, then this is your place!! We were 5 minutes from everything and felt like we had just discovered the best kept secret in Florida!!! We will definitely be back and can’t imagine doing a beach vacation anywhere else EVER again!!!!

Seafood Festival Done Right

My wife and I, and three friends were here for the Florida Seafood Festival. Accommodations and location couldn't have been better. Easy to get to and from the fest, comfortable and quiet during down time. Thank you Melissa for the great getaway!

A beautiful, upscale port in the storm!

Our long awaited “Disney” trip began with Milton making landfall. Luckily we were able to wait out the storm farther north and be, not only safe, but comfortable. Thanks for your hospitality.

Wedding

My husband and I were attending a wedding in Appalachicola this past weekend. Renting this house was perfect! The house was very clean, well stocked, and close to everything. Melissa communicated well and was wonderful to work with. We were very pleased and would definitely rent it again.

Super clean and convenient spot

Our family of 5 loved this little house. We had everything we needed and we were so pleased with the location. We easily were able to cross whichever bridge we needed to get to the places we wanted to see. And each night we had a great spot to land and rest. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was very well stocked, and all 5 of us loved how beautiful everything was. Our littlest guy loved the jar of legos too. Such a fun touch for kids. We would be happy to stay again and again!
