We've rented in the Reunion area a few times while coming to Orlando; the competition among really nice rentals in the area is stiff - they're all new, modern, well-appointed and fairly well managed. In most areas this rental would have been 5 stars, it just falls a little short of the local competition. It feels 100% that the home was set up to fully and only be a rental. It's very well decorated, again as all of them are in this area, but it doesn't feel like there's anything going the extra mile to make this feel like an amazing Vrbo you want to spend your full weeklong vacation at. The beds were very comfortable and we all got great sleep. Most of the other furniture is pretty good - couches could be better quality for sure. The pool is really nice albeit one of the smallest on the street. Some things we didn't like: the pots and pans were gross/worn/scratched as were most of the cooking supplies; there's a coffee maker but no courtesy or passed-down coffee supplies anywhere; it's obviously geared towards families but there are no plates or cups that are not ceramic and glass (especially for around the pool?!?). Also there was a lot of trash along the hedges of the back yard so it definitely could be cleaned better. Again, in most places this is 5-star, but in Reunion it falls short of every other place we've stayed, and for the rate charged we expected a lot better.
