If you are looking for a luxury ocean front property in Wailea, look no further! Wailea Elua #2110 is a beautifully remodeled two bedroom two bath unit that can sleep 5. Situated at the top of the complex this unit affords you a great ocean view. A short walk down through the complex and you are at the ocean's edge. There is a King in the master bedroom, and 2 double beds in bedroom 2. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a portable ice maker, washer and dryer, central AC throughout, Cable, dvd, and high speed internet service. BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions. Community grilling stations are available. The views from Wailea Elua #2110 are spectacular. Enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. A $500 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. **This Is A Non-Smoking Unit** Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Best view!

Loved the view and ocean access! The pool is great- right on the beach! The property is beautifully maintained.Unit could use a refresh, but was very functional. Good beach chairs and other beach gear. And, the we were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was very well equipped. We were able to cook easily. Lots of spices and oil. Thank you for that! Hoping to come back to this unit! We loved it!

Annual Maui trip

Been coming to Maui for 20 years for a conference. This condo is next to the resort where the conference is held. The price fora room at the resort is higher than the condo price. With the condo we can invite more family and or friends. We have more space with a great lanais and super view. The condo was super clean and well stocked. The pools are great and the grounds manicured. Don’t see why I should use the resort again.

For the price woefully equipped for a family to stay for more than a few days. 1 rollOf paper towels, a couple rolls of toilet paper, no extra garbage bags etc. nice unit but would have expected better for the price

We loved the location which was convenient to everything we have come to love about the area. We took advantage of the pickleball court, the grills and the cabanas above the beach. The unit we stayed in was at the top of the property so it was a little bit of a walk down to the beach but not in a bothersome way. Our kids used the gym but that was a bit tricky because there was very little equipment. The unit had a few quirks, I could make a few suggestions for improvement but we had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay very comfortably and a beautiful view to go with it! We would definitely return

Lovely Property in Prime Location

Our family of three was very comfortable in this condo. Would have easily accommodated four and as many as six. Very well equipped in great condition and feels like a home away from home. Comfortable beds, beautiful updated stone bathrooms, cozy living room with nice lanai high top for dining in addition to the dining room. Most importantly the location is brilliant between Grand Wailea and Andaz, two of the most prestigious resorts. And yet this property is quite uncrowded and elegant with its own little Ulua Brach right in front. Grounds are green and lush and well maintained. Gate is easy and friendly. We saw a turtle snorkeling at Ulua there first day! Easy to hang out at the beach and even drive down with chairs and your stuff so you don’t have to carry it very far. Nice people not touristy like the resorts.There is also a little hidden gem in about ten chaise lounges right on the cliff with a key code for Elua so it was open to watch sunset right on the water every night, just south of the beach.Very happy with our choice. Thank you to the lucky owners for sharing their little bit of paradise with our family. Would stay again without hesitation.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was early 1980 decor and the bed mattress was the same age. There were channels in the bed, cheap bed linens, couldn’t find a pillow cover, mismatched kitchen, bathroom and bedroom of every era. The limited outdoor furniture was uncomfortable and outdated as the rest of the unit. Everything seemed done on the cheap from furnishings and design, just dingy but it was clean if there are any positives.The place had carpets which emit a smell being so close to the water. It definitely needs a full Reno, it cost us as Canadians all in $1000 each night for 5 nights. We felt fullly taken advantage of. The gate keepers were the best part of the experience....nice guys.

I didn't inform the company until the last day, which is my fault, but I was only there to sleep and out all day so it wasn't that impactful. I only wish they offered to make it right somehow. I would stay again though.

Was the perfect Wailea location, walkable on a beautiful beach path to multiple beaches, hotels, restaurants, and shops. Condo fit our needs nicely: slept 4, clean, kitchen, laundry. Nice lanai to eat out on and enjoy the view. We had a great stay. Only negatives (for transparency sake) were it is time for some updating and the unit was the furthest from beach/pool, fine for us, but would have been an issue if we took the 70+ parents.

Wailea Elua is a beautiful, well maintained, private condominium complex in a most ideal location on Maui. This property is super clean, well maintained and had absolutely everything we needed for our family. The view from the lanai was spectacular and a wonderful way to begin and end every day during our Maui adventure. We absolutely recommend this property. We will be back!

Comfortable condo with spacious deck overlooking beautiful property and view of ocean and west Maui. Pool by the ocean is very nice. BBQs and open air kitchen a plus for our family reunion and outdoor group dinners. Waking distance to shops and excellent shave ice stand.Highly recommend . Would stay again. Very friendly gate staff as well. I couldn’t find a salad spinner but kitchen otherwise well stocked.

Top Notch Condo/ Tropical Paradise

Great condo, well stocked, clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of room for a group of 4. The Elua property is a tropical paradise, beautifully maintained. The unit is at the top, so a bit of a walk up from the beach, but good exercise with beautiful flowers along the way, and providing a terrific ocean view from the balcony dining area. We highly recommend it.

I love Wailea Elua. Unit was great!

Checkin process was flawless and the condo was clean prior to arrival. We stayed with my family of four and my parents came to hang out with us and my kids frequently when they were staying elsewhere. I did read the reviews about rats and we did accidentally discover the rat traps but they were set and no issues. One thing to note is that the listing says there's two queen beds in the guest room but in fact they are full sized. Not a big issue when only kids sleep in them but the listing is not accurate. The kitchen had everything we could have ever needed! Including plenty of garbage bags, dish soap, etc. We really appreciated that when we cooked in. I will absolutely try and book this condo again next time I'm in town!

Great place to stay! Super location, very clean and very well equipped kitchen. Lots of small touches like hampers in all rooms, books to read and spices in the kitchen. The view is fabulous and you are not close to neighbors. Super quiet.

Reviewer Comments: 2nd time since 2018 staying at Elua 2110.Greatest view in evening until the first night.Any food that was left out in packages was eaten by something big. 2nd night caught a large rat via a trap I purchased. Talked to staff about rodent issue at front gate and they knew exactly what unit I was in before I could finish the sentence. 3rd, 4th night caught two more large rats and could hear them every night in the walls of master and front room. 5th night was able to track rats entry from hole in the wall outside lanai and entered through a hole in the kitchen. Maintenance on property was able to fix hole and set more traps quickly. By night 6 Rental agency wanted us to leave for 5 nights for rat treatment and then come back was the first offer, then they wanted to relocate us deep in Kihei which was not an option via the wife because she is from Maui. Agency offered 25% refund for our rat issue which I spent my vacation time trying to handle. Fun began after staff patched the hole, rats seemed upset and were running all over the Lanai after sunset cause they no longer had access to the unit. Wife and mother in law ended staying up country for the end of there stay with family while me and the kids listened to rats every night. The unit is our favorite spot, and the unit next door is for sell with a common attack space. Staff at property was wonderful and always stated that they felt bad for us and thought the rat problem would be fixed since they have heard about it for some time from other guest. I took photos of every rat caught and all the hole in and out of the place plus the rat droppings from the light fixtures in the front room. I know that 100% restaurants or other buildings what be shut down for good if they had the same rat problem on the island. We did spend most of the time visiting family away from the unit and just sucked it up staying the night there. Being in the medical field we took risk staying there, agency could not place us in any like place.
