Only steps away from the sandy beach of St. Augustine and the private pool of Spanish Trace! This condo is beautifully decorated with patio seating to enjoy sunsets. It sleeps 5 very comfortably, with a king size bed in the master bedroom, a set of bunk beds and a twin size bed in the second bedroom. After a day at the beach, you can return to a fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen with plenty of seats in the dining and living area to enjoy a meal.

There are many delicious restaurants nearby. A visit to the town of St. Augustine is a must! Visiting during December is special because the town is known for their white lights!

Love this place!

This place was perfect! The beach is perfect for children. We were here right after Debby and the waves were still more than appropriate for my 9yr old! My 14 year old was able to venture past the sandbar to get the bigger waves she was looking for so it was the best of both worlds. The pool was a nice reprieve and the fact that it is right outsider the unit was completely perfect perfect! The unit was everything our family of 4 could’ve needed! There is plenty to do outside of the beach and the restaurants were all great! The hosts were super helpful and responsive! We had such a great time and were so comfortable! We will definitely come find this unit again if we venture to St Augustine again!

Great condo in a great location!!

This unit is spacious with everything you need provided! Beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, plenty of bath and beach towels... Kitchen has what you need to cook if that's your thing. Living room is comfy! Beds are comfy! Bathrooms are nice and clean!! Our family of four enjoyed thoroughly! Would definitley rent again!! Close to beach and pool! Loved being able to look out the sliding glass door and see our (older) kids at the pool which btw was clean and well kept!

Amazing Rental

We absolutely loved this spacious and clean rental. Being steps away from the pool and beach was so convenient. They had beach chairs, towels and a sun umbrella available which was so nice. Definitely recommend staying here!

Family weekend Getaway

It was a fantastic property with beautiful views and literally a skip to the ocean. At night you could hear waves crashing. What an amazing and relaxing stay. St Augustine is definitely my fave! Thank you so much!

Fun trip!

We took our 3 kids to St. Augustine for spring break and we had a blast! The location is perfect and the home was just right for our family of 5. There is tons to do nearby and we even walked to a restaurant (The Oasis). The host supplied plenty of beach towels, has some beach toys, other items and tons of kitchen supplies. If / when we return to the area we will definitely book here again!

Hi! Our home is in Stony Point, NY and St. Augustine is our 2nd home. We love our well equipped condo that is only steps to the beach and pool!

Why they chose this property

The condo complex is a small with a family feel to it. It is quiet and relaxing.

What makes this property unique

We love being so close to the beach. It is an easy walk through the dunes. It is a beach you can drive on if you prefer. We have beach chairs, assorted beach toys, umbrellas, and coolers, so don't buy until you look in our closet.

At the end of the block is a restaurant, Oasis, which is a favorite with locals and visitors. We also love going to Terra & Acqua, a delicious Italian restaurant, but be sure to make a reservation, it's a busy place. Cone Heads is a great place for ice cream!

The town is a short drive with fun shopping and places to eat. Make sure you do a trolley guided tour or a ghost tour. There are many historical sites to visit as well. December the town turns into the city of lights. The town is beautifully decorated for the holidays.
