This will be the perfect stay in sunny St. Augustine if you’re coming for a beach getaway!
Enjoy 832 sq ft of luminous open-floor living space. For relaxing downtime moments, you’ll have a sofa sitting area and a large Smart TV. When you’re hungry, there’s nothing more convenient than having a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances to whip up a meal and a dishwasher for quick clean-ups so you can get back to spending time with your loved ones. To enjoy your homemade creations, there’s a dining table nearby that can also serve as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.
When it’s time to rest and recharge, there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 full bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
You’ll be on the second floor, so you’ll have a balcony with seating for a morning coffee or some air. For added convenience, you’ll have a washer and dryer and 2 parking spaces on site.

You’ll be within walking distance or a short drive of almost anything you could need!

For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival.
We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests will need to climb stairs at the apartment complex.
- For parking, you'll need to send your car's make, model, and license plate number.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- There is no daily housekeeping, but cleaning services can be arranged for a fee.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- A pet fee of $150 USD applies for stays up to 7 nights, while for longer stays of 8 nights or more, the fee is $250 USD. We accommodate only dogs, with a limit of two per stay, provided their combined weight does not exceed 60 lbs. It's important to obtain prior authorization for your pets to avoid any misunderstandings. Please be aware that bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a charge of $500 USD.
- There is a minimum charge of $45 USD for shipping any items after check-out.
