Summerlin 303 - Seaside Chic! Looking for a GORGEOUS VIEW? This condo has it! No obstructions, RIGHT ON BEACH, balcony entrance from living room as well as the beach front master bedroom! 2 bedroom/2 bath NICE and COZY. Comes with FREE beach service, FREE WIFI, FREE golf and more
FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! This 2 bedroom beach front condo is located on the 3rd floor of the wonderful Summerlin complex! If you are looking for a laid back and smaller complex away from the busy roads and crowded beaches, this place is the right one for you! Great open floor plan, the gorgeous view will greet you as soon as you walk in. Master bedroom on the beach with the entry to the beach front balcony! Kitchen has a large island that everyone just loves and prepping meals is a breeze. The views from the 3rd floor are just unbelievable. Miles and miles of sugar white sand and emerald green water - the perfect beach therapy! March - October it's beach service season! The condo comes with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up on the beach for you every day of your stay - FREE!


This space has many of the same features as our other Summerlin units, including a full kitchen, long island counter, full-size washer and dryer, and a living room-to-bedroom balcony. The living room and both bedrooms are carpeted, while the rest of the unit is tiled. This really is a lovely place to stay to have a good time at the beach.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas, and March.

Saw Dolphins every day! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Made check in easy. Recommending to all our friends and family as a must visit!!

Reviewer Comments: we really enjoyed our stay and the condo met all our needs perfectly!!! bedroom separation was perfect also. loved being able to sit on balcony each morning.the only issue we had was due to all the rain from Hurricane Nate; water started coming in at the balcony entrance to the living room, but that's about it. may want to check that out, otherwise, we loved it and will definitely look into staying there next time we decide to vacation in that area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in a perfect location. Great view, and a short walk to the boardwalk/beach area. The unit was clean, but definitely needs updating. New furniture, and getting rid of the worn out carpet would bump 303 to a perfect 5 star. Another suggestion would be to take out one of the tubs and build a custom built in shower. A new Keurig would also make my wife happy. Brooks and Shorey staff was very helpful and I would highly recommend using them.
