*Heated pool (3.5ft to 6 ft deep), jetted heated six person spa. POOL HEATER MAY BE ADDED to your reservation in order to heat the pool or spa @ $30.00 a day for the duration of your stay.
*We cannot guarantee pool and spa temperatures above certain degrees during the coldest months of the year. However, we will do our best to make your experience pleasant and memorable

For your safety and the safety of our home and dock/boat, security cameras are installed at the entrance of the house, above the garage facing the driveway and at the back yard facing the dock and the canal. ” NO SECURITY CAMERAS INSIDE the home.

***This is a unique property with open access to saltwater canal, a pool and spa, therefore this is not a young child friendly property! We do provide door alarms; however, those are not intended to be life saving devices. If you decide to bring your children, you may do that solely at your own risk! Children must be supervised by an adult at all times! Owner not responsible for any bodily injury, property damage or death !***
