Please note that there is no parking available on the premises.

Please Note: the unit do not convey with parking however, there are paid public parking near by but the owner do not guarantee! Read the parking sign , you are allowed free 2 hours parking on south of 6th street. Park on Street on your own risk. DC has changed Street parking rules recently.

The unit include full kitchen , stackable Washer & Dryer, full bathroom, living room and front porch .The back deck and yard belong to upper unit so please do not pass the steps. There is a wireless phone charges in the unit.

Downtown Washington DC minutes to everything. You can find beer garden at corner Q&7 and bunch of restaurants. If you like Indian food highly recommend Red Touqe restaurant on corner Rhode Island and 6th St NW. there is grocery store a black a way and there are plenty bars and restaurant on 9th and Florida and U St. There are so many things you can do. You can easily walk to china town from the house.

There are bike shares , and lots of public transportation including two major metro lines run blocks a way from house. You can use Uber or Lyft as well.

Please note - this unit might not be best fit fit for tall person. The ceiling heights are 7 foot . Please be respectful to the neighbors . No parties allowed. No smoking allowed inside the unit of any kind. NO PARKING!!! DC has new regulations for parking and don’t allow free street parking anymore. They only allow two hours parking.
