Enjoy this beautiful, sunny, and modern guesthouse just minutes away from downtown LA, San Gabriel Valley, and everything LA has to offer. With amazing views of north-east LA from the balcony walkway, we're <10 min walk to local shops and restaurants, and the local park, which has a pool, basketball courts, baseball fields, a tennis court, water playground for children in the summer, and more.

Minutes drive away from downtown LA, Arts District, Little Tokyo, Grand Park, Union Station, Alhambra, Monterey Park, and the San Gabriel Valley.

Welcome to Los Angeles! This guesthome has been immaculately designed and built from the ground up in 2023 to offer an amazing guest experience. With large TVs in both the living room and bedroom, all new furnishings, and a tranquil but modern design language, we are pleased to offer guest a place to retreat and relax right in the heart of Los Angeles.

There is reserved off-street parking for the unit, and in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience.

Well appointed ADU with panoramic views

Michael is very kind and courteous and the ADU was spotless and new with lovely views. We are displaced due to Eaton Fires and he was accommodating. As for future suggestions, a larger and more comfortable couch would be a big plus. Highly recommend.
