Awesome place!!!

Cute house with everything you would need and with awesome views of the space needle and the mountains. Prime location to all the things you would want to do. Enough space for 4 adults. Will stay here again!

Amazing place to stay!

This property is everything list plus more. The house is a older home that has been remodeled and updated while still having some of the older charm and touches. The view isgreat as you watch the sunset over the mountains and the Seattle skyline. Highly recommend a stay.

Wonderful weekend with family

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable home. It is well equipped for family that cooks and we really liked the outdoor space. A good location for easy access to downtown Seattle.

Great spot

We stayed here for a few days while in town for work. The place was exactly as described. It was clean and well taken care of. Neighbors were nice and understanding with parking as it is street parking first come first serve, but there were always enough spaces for us to find a couple close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Blue Jays Family Weekend

We went for the weekend to the Blue Jays games and this house is a quick uber ride to the park and all the downtown sights. This place is a cozy quiet retreat. Everything was clean, hot tub was perfect. Check in and out were a breeze. Will stay again. Thanks for the memories.

Awesome little place!

We recently stayed at a charming VRBO in Seattle and had a fantastic experience. The place was cozy, well-maintained, and perfectly located for exploring the city. The host was incredibly accommodating and provided all the necessary amenities to make my stay comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet close to many attractions and great restaurants. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay in Seattle!

For the value, you get a lot of really good amenities such as a decently private hot tub, a pizza oven, BBQ and gas grills, a shower with two heads sufficient enough for two people, a well equipped kitchen, and beautiful gardens. The house is tight and efficient, and has enough space in every room that needs them.One little note: if you’re from an area where you’re used to central A/C, this house has heating only. However, they do have window A/C units in the closets. Be careful installing them, you don’t want to break them by having them fall out.Absolutely communicate with the owner. They’re fast and responsive and helpful. I unfortunately did not and missed a few rules. But they were nice and respectful.

Thank you for the great review, David. In regards to the portable a/c units, we install those and leave them securely installed during the warm weather months, typically from May - October. We certainly don't expect guests to have to bother with this. We had an unexpected surge of 70 degree weather the last week of April, and unfortunately did not get them set up before you arrived.

Very comfotrable. House had everything we needed. I would suggest a fan for the front bedroom. Ac in the other. Backyard is super cute. Needs a little tlc Bathroom is very small and may be an issue for a larger person. Overall would stay again. Great Seattle spot. QUIET neighborhood.

Gorgeous home on Beacon Hill

This is such a beautiful little hideaway in the middle of Beacon Hill. The cottage is thoughtfully appointed, and the yard is beautiful. The property manager is responsive and easy to reach. My parents stayed in this home with their two dogs— the fenced yard and proximity to Jefferson Park made for a wonderful stay
