MAIN LIVING SPACE: Spacious and bright, an open-concept living, dining and kitchen are downstairs, with French doors opening to a covered porch perfect for morning coffee and bird watching. The quiet, landscaped backyard with gas grill provides room for the kids to play. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and ample storage. You’ll have everything needed to prepare family meals, including fully-stocked spices and coastal cookbooks.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: You’ll find a complete bed-and-bath downstairs and the primary suite and bunk room upstairs – a perfect floor plan that offers privacy for two families. The downstairs bedroom is super comfy, with a Tempur-pedic®-topped, queen bed, TV and plantation-shuttered, French doors opening to the covered front porch.

Upstairs, the primary offers a king bed and walls of plantation-shuttered windows overlooking a lush field. The primary also includes a twin daybed with twin trundle for a child or an extra guest. The lavish primary bath pampers you with a private closet, double sinks, shower and luxurious soaking tub for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The third bedroom is a bunk room for kids of all ages offering a twin over full bunk with a memory foam, along with pull-out twin trundle, TV and French doors opening to the upstairs, covered porch. A full bath in the hallway serves the bunk room and guests.

A sleeper sofa in the living room adds a couple of extra spots for guests.

GREAT FEATURES: Don’t miss hammock time on the spacious sun deck, perfect for lounging with a frozen beverage. It overlooks a nature-preserve-like, undeveloped land offers peek-a-boo views of the Gulf and Bay. Plus, the deck showcases sunset views each evening and bright stars at night. Drop flip flops in the downstairs laundry room, with its oversize washer and dryer. Other amenities include covered parking, and a heated outdoor shower. When bringing a pet, please ensure it does not bother other guests with excessive noise, barking, etc. Guests are responsible to keep pets on a leash and pick up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
