Guest Favorite 3 years in a row!! Modern 1-bedroom that provides a peaceful escape. You will wake up to the serene sounds of nature and seeing deer. You can relax on many acres of woods. A cozy fire pit or comfortable outdoor furniture. The glass shower will feel like a spa with all the essentials. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or hiking all day this rental in Nashville has it all.

No pets and let us know about additional guests over 3 people. Please arrive prior to 8pm for your stay. Rural Environment located in the woods. We do routine bug & pest control for the woods. However, you're on 55 acres and you may encounter seasonal pests. Stink bugs, bees, ticks etc. (fall and spring).

Please do not urinate off the deck or near the house. We understand it's the woods but use our restroom.
No guns, fireworks or other items of these kind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Send a pic of ID to checkin. Check out on time. Pets have a $300 fine if we didn't speak about it.
No hunting on the land or near the rental. No weapons inside of the rental. Please keep them in your vehicle. No drugs or illegal substances.

The downstairs of the hosts home. Incredible views from your porch. The hosts were gone when I visited so I had peace and quiet, which is what I was looking for. Nashville, IN is a gem.

Yes, the downstairs is a seperate apartment for renting. We strive to make it peaceful and private. We do have the bottom blocked off/ sound proof so we don't see or hear each other intentionally. We allow our guests full use of our land with out us interrupting your stay. We have seperate entrances/ areas.

The view is stunning. We had a visitor a raccoon came very close. Shopping was great. Close to everything.. few suggestions. Dish rag and towel in kitchen. Would loved to have some regular silverware, knifes, wine corks, glasses to drink out of. The bathroom shower was lovely, nice bedroom. Host answered all our questions.

Very clean and updated place, TV is in the bedroom and not the kitchen/living room but that worked great for us as being a couple. We mostly just slept there and stayed down in town. Not walking distance but very close. Will stay again.

Communication with the host was top notch. While the apartment is quaint and cozy, the bedroom is of good size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was super awesome and the shower was amazing. Charming rental! Very clean and modern. The bathroom was the highlight of our stay, with lovely light fixtures, a phenomenal shower, and plenty of counter space with 2 sinks. The glass shower is huge, with a relaxing colored led light inside, fabulous water pressure and temperature, and complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We also like that all of the spaces in the condo had lights that were dimmable. We especially enjoyed the location, which is less than 3 miles from downtown Nashville. This rental also has a beautiful view! Owner was very communicative, and promptly responded to all of my messages. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great for a quick trip!

Took a short trip to brown county for our anniversary and this stay was perfect!! Really enjoyed how close it was to all attractions and how it had a tv for us to watch when we wanted to stay in.
