About this property

We are so close to the Clemson Tigers Stadium! We are renting our 1300 sqft apartment at my husbands mancave for the Clemson games, student move in, or just a visit. It is a 1 bdrm, 1 bath apartment with a fully stocked kitchen, living room with 75” smart tv, dining room, and washer/dryer. . The bedroom has a king size bed with a tempurpedic mattress. The living room consists of leather recliners and a massage chair which is wonderful and relaxing. We also have a comfy roll away with bedding for extra guests.
Outside has a fire pit with benches and some rocking chairs.
There is internet in the apartment. Only 7 minutes (4 miles) to the stadium. Football weekends are a 2 night min.

No refunds for cancellations 30 days prior to stay.
Outside of 30 days is a 50% refund for cancellations

Graduation Stay

We traveled up to Clemson for our nieces graduation & stayed for 2 nights. This place was very spacious, clean, and had everything we need & then some. It was also very close to town. Thank you very much ! The Harwell Family

Cool place

Beautiful inside. Perfect for a weekend. Everything you need. A little out in the country so hard to find at night. Google maps thinks it’s across the street from where it is. I would stay there again for sure.

I grew up in Charleston and I have been going to Clemson games since I was 5. We finally moved to Clemson about 6 years ago because we love the area. All 3 of our children attended Clemson University. Go Tigers!

What makes this property unique

Our property is so unique, it’s super close to clemson, yet secluded so it’s quiet and peaceful. It is so much more comfortable than a hotel room with lots of space and amenities. There is plenty of room to relax inside or you can relax by the fire pit outside.
