In addition to all of the fun to be had, you'll find comfortable bedrooms all outfitted with high-quality bedding and smart TVs, a fully-equipped kitchen, & ample space to gather.

You'll feel encapsulated by serenity and nature while being less than 1.5 miles from downtown Saugerties with amazing restaurants, cafes, & shopping.

THE SPACE
The expansive interior (over 3,000 square feet) is stylishly furnished to comfortably host up to 10 guests.

On the main level of the property you'll find our living room with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain views. Right off the living room is our top deck with a large outdoor dining table and a seating area to enjoy the view. The living room neighbors the open-concept kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for chefs and coffee-enthusiasts alike (hello, Nespresso machine). On the same floor, there is a full bath and bedroom with a king-sized bed.

The top floor is home to three of the five total bedrooms, another full bathroom and a game area. The first bedroom contains two twin-sized beds, the second bedroom contains a king-sized beds and the final bedroom contains a queen-sized bed.

The most fun is to be had on the bottom floor. You'll walk in through a second kitchen to our movie room, which has ample seating for 10 and a popcorn machine (and microwave popcorn for those who favor convenience). The game room neighbors the movie room and is equipped with air hockey, Connect 4 and a Pac Man arcade game. On the other side of the movie room is the final bedroom that contains two twin-sized beds and across from the game room is the final full bathroom. Right outside the movie room is the lower deck, home to the ping pong table, hot tub, corn hole, ladder ball and croquet.

In addition to the two decks described above, there are even more outdoor spaces for the group to enjoy. Next to our grill, there is a propane fire pit with seating for the whole group. The fire-pit area overlooks the expansive pool, equipped with lounge chairs, seating, floaties and games.

In short, there are ample amounts of fun and relaxation to be had on site!

We're also within walking distance to the Hudson river, HITS (amazing view of the horses and paddocks from the house), and more.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. No portion of the property is shared.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

POOL
The pool is closed from 10/1/23 and will reopen for Memorial Day.

POOL HEATING
If you wish to have the pool heated during your stay, please let us know. There is a $75/day heating fee. We will help you set it up.

The property is equipped with baseboard heaters and a combination of mini-split and window AC units. For our fellow eco-friendly travelers, want to let you know that we have solar panels and use eco-friendly products from Blueland.
