When the beach is calling, it’s time to book a trip! Sterling Shores 1001 is a condo rental located in Downtown Destin and the perfect destination for your next beach vacation. The unit is on the tenth floor and boasts incredible views of the Gulf Coast shoreline—pristine white sands and jeweled-colored waves. It has an open-concept floor plan with cozy living accommodations, as well as a breezy balcony that overlooks the beach. With three bedrooms, the condo can host up to eight vacationers.

The first thing you’ll notice when you step into Sterling Shores 1001 is the wall of sliding glass doors that showcase the beautiful beach views. Through the doors, you will find a balcony furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs, lounge chairs, and cushioned couches. If you want to enjoy good views and a good drink, this is the place to do it! It’s also a great spot for al fresco dining. Back indoors, you’ll find the open great room that encompasses the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Parchment-toned tiled floors flow throughout the entire space. The living room gives off a distinct coastal feel, featuring a coastal-inspired king-sized sleeper sofa, along with a white lounger and light-blue accent chair. The causal seating ensemble surrounds a plush blue rug and white cocktail table. It faces a flatscreen TV mounted over a white credenza. Next to the living room is the dining area, which also sits beside huge windows with beach views. The dining room includes an oval table and eight chairs set atop a patterned rug. Three raised chairs beside the adjacent kitchen breakfast bar provide additional seating. The open kitchen has spacious counters, white cabinets, and white appliances. A door off the kitchen leads to a full-size laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The condo’s sunny primary suite boasts a king-size bed, white furnishings, an accent chair, TV, and access to the gulf-facing balcony. A dedicated desk and chair are provided, making it easy for remote workers to get a few hours of work done if needed. Complimentary wifi is also provided. The room has a private ensuite bath with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. One of the guest bedrooms has a king-size bed, a wet bar with a kitchette, and an ensuite bath. The room has a relaxed feel, with seafoam-toned walls, a sunny window, and private balcony access. The other guest bedroom is painted a tasteful pale pink and has a queen-size bed, handsome dresser, TV, and access to a shared hallway bathroom.

In addition to the laidback accommodations, one of the main draws for Sterling Shores is the access to great amenities. First, there is the incredible swimming pool, set amongst palms, curated lawns, and a sun-soaked paver deck. The curvy pool includes a zero-entry and mushroom waterfall feature that is fun for kids and adults alike. Pool chairs, tables, and umbrellas are scattered across the deck for convenient lounging. Community BBQ grills are provided, making it easy to dish up your own poolside surf n’ turf meal. Aside from the pool, there is also an onsite fitness center. Two parking spaces are provided, with one reserved spot inside the convenient parking garage.

Another bonus of booking a stay here at Sterling Shores is the close proximity to the beach. It is less than a two-minute stroll from the property to the picturesque beach shores. Of course, the beach isn’t the only nearby convenience. Restaurants like The Back Porch, Joe’s Crab Shack, and Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. are only a short distance away. HarborWalk Village is also down the road and is home to a variety of restaurants, shopping, live music, unique coastal experiences, family-friendly activities, boat cruises, and more.
