Prime location; 8min drive to Downtown St Pete, 18 mins to white sand Gulf beaches. 2 Bedrooms & 2 Full Baths, 1,071 Sq ft +2 waterfront balconies. Ideal for remote work & families. High speed internet & WiFi, motorized solar shades. Clubhouse & Bar with waterfront pool. 24hr staffed guard gate, full gym, volleyball, pickleball & tennis courts.

In July 2023 we've added all brand new beds, mattresses, pillows, & luxury down alternative duvets on each bed, Pottery barn linens & duvet covers, plush organic bath towels in white and spa-glow 100% plush lined waffle jacquard bath robes for a 5-star spa like experience every day of your stay.

Also provided are brand new pool & beach towels in white & green stripes, & beachgoers can also use beach chairs & umbrella.
