This beautiful, bright, and spacious 1700 square foot 3BR/2BTH 2nd Floor condo in a prestigious Naples gated community is the perfect location for a seasonal stay. With a wide-open view of the newly redone 18-hole golf course and steps away from the pool and hot tub, this is a wonderful getaway from ice and snow and the winds of winter! The condo is a 2-minute drive from Physicians Regional Hospital, Crossroads Shopping Center, and beautiful beaches are just 15 minutes away.

Vaulted ceilings, a chef’s kitchen with induction cooking, spacious living room featuring a 12-foot sliding glass door that opens 8 feet.

The primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath overlooks the golf course and generous lanaii. Featuring a large screen tv, the second bedroom is next to a newly renovated hall bathroom. Currently furnished as an office, the third bedroom has a queen-sized pull out sofa. There is a stacked front load washer/dryer. New HVAC keeps the ambience just right.

Nice Condo

Very nice condo. Everything you could need. Caitlin was the perfect host. Very responsive to all questions and concerns. Quiet neighborhood and nice community pool.

Christmas in Naples

The host was delightful, extremely accommodating and excellent at responding both before and during our stay. There was an error in the listing which she was grateful to know and quick to correct. She was open to feedback to make this even better. The space felt like it had plenty of room for our family and accommodated us very well. I would describe this as a homey, welcoming space where we felt like we could relax and enjoy ourselves. The pool and hot tub (which was hot) were clean and not crowded. I felt like this rental was a good value as well.

Why they chose this property

Naples is so close to my heart. I grew up in Pine Ridge, and graduated from Barron Collier High School. The area is perfect for someone of any age. There are loads of things to do! The highlight of course is the beautiful beaches, but there are so many places to relax and unwind. I love downtown Naples with it's ritzy restaurants and art galleries.

What makes this property unique

This condo has been perfect for me. It's so quiet, and from inside the condo you can't see a single other soul in the community. For someone who likes privacy, it's a big win. The condo is close to everything, including the Crossroads Shopping Center, which has a Publix, many tasty restaurants (Giovanni's is a personal favorite) and the hospital just around the corner.
