This home is a remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, single family home with a heated pool. The house has a new kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and new tile throughout the living area. The three bedrooms have new carpeting. The kitchen, livingroom, and dining room are an open floor plan with new furniature. The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, mirror, night stands, walk in closet and master bath with a glass enclosed shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, mirror, and walk in closet. The third, has two twin beds, dresser, and walk in closet. All mattresses are new. The heated pool has a enclosed lanai, covered porch area, and a child safety gate. The house has central AC, ceiling fans, as wall as a washer and dryer. Walk out from the master bedroom, driectly on to the porch. Beautiful corner lot. 15 minutes from Downtown Naples, minutes to old Naples, walking distance to shopping and stores. A short drive to beautiful beaches, 5th Ave., golf courses and parks. 8.1 miles to Lowdermilk Beach. Community club house with a heated pool, jogging path, tennis, and fishing pier. Well behaved pets welcome.

I recently purchased this home as a future retirement home. I've been vacationing in Naples for years and the first time I visited the area, I fell in love with the area.
Why they chose this property
This property is on a quite cul-de-sac and a corner lot. The house has been remodeled with new tile, carpet, moldings, kitchen, appliances, and furniture. The pool and lawn are professionally maintained and meticulously cared for. This property and Berkshire Lakes has so much to offer. The neighbors are extremely friendly as well as helpful. Old Naples is only minutes away with fine dining and exceptional shopping.
What makes this property unique
You'll vacation in a house that feels like home. Berkshire Lakes offers a community club house with a heated pool, jogging path, tennis, and fishing pier. The house has a private pool, heated, with a coverd porch. All the furniture throughout the house is new.
