Everything we needed. Effortless stay.
We exclusively use Vrbo style rentals over hotels when we vacation so I have my list of must haves. This unit checked every box. Everything was in working order, and above all it was CLEAN. Even the corners of the bathrooms, etc. the pool is excellent, It gets sun most of the day and is private. Bike’s were a welcome addition. We biked almost every day and went all over the place in them!
Danny, the host responded promptly to the few inquiries I had and went above and beyond to make check-in easy as we were arriving at 11 PM.
Plenty of towels, pillows, kitchen utensils and the barbecue, which worked great. We used it often. Some reviews talked about the hard Beds. We only used the king bed, and both of us agreed that it was comfortable.
The neighborhood is quiet and conducive for morning walks. Very close to the Publix.
While there was just two of us for this trip, I thought the house was very nice for a group of four or more. There’s a nice family room with plenty of seating, and the living room (which we didn’t use) is ample. A family of 4 people can spread out. The bathrms and bdrms are at opposite ends of the house so there’s privacy. The pool gets sun most of the day and is fenced and private.
One thing I always check for in rentals is comfortable furniture. Too often they have a stiff couch and a couple of Uncomfortable chairs. This House had plenty of comfortable seating.
I really have no negatives about this place and would definitely rent again.
