Relaxing Home

We were very comfortable and had a very home like feel. Our daughter loved all the retro touches and enjoyed playing the oldies on the record player. The home was so close to everything we needed. The fenced in yard was great for our daughters dog. We all enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Swim weekend

We came to Sioux Falls for a state swim meet at the Midco Aquatic Center. The home’s location was perfect for us as it’s a short walk or drive to the venue. The home is spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this property.

Pheasant Fest 2024

Great property for a group from our dog breed club to stay while attending Pheasant Fest this year in Sioux Fall. The house is clean in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were able to cook great meals and relax. Thank you.

We recently moved to the Sioux Falls area to be nearer to grandkids....and we're loving every minute of it. My husband and I are 'history geeks' and enjoy traveling to historical places in the country. We frequently use Airbnb homes when we travel and wanted to provide the perfect experience for guests coming to visit our area.

The home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in a sought after area of the city.

What makes this property unique

Our home has two living areas with a fireplace in each(wood burning in one, gas in the other) as well as two eating areas with a breakfast bar, too. Also a well supplied play area for the kiddos. The entire home is comfy, cozy, and a great place for a getaway with family and friends.
