The main attraction of this idyllic space is the access to beautiful Lake Thurmond. A quick walk down the pine-scented path in the backyard leads you to a quiet cove with dock access. Nestled in a picturesque setting, this charming lake house offers a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. There are two sit-on-top kayaks available to use during your stay and a pontoon boat is available to rent for an additional fee.

The lake house itself exudes warmth and comfort, with cozy furnishings and tasteful decor. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living area, dining space, and kitchen, fostering a sense of togetherness among family and friends.

BEDROOMS:
As the day draws to a close, retire to the comfortable bedrooms, where you can unwind and rejuvenate.
- The master bedroom consists of a king bed and has an en suite bathroom that comes with its own jacuzzi bathtub.
- There is a plush queen bed and two cozy twin beds in the other two rooms.
- Each room offers a peaceful sanctuary, allowing you to wake up refreshed and ready to embrace another day of lakeside adventures.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
- You can relax on the spacious deck, sipping a cup of coffee while enjoying the gentle breeze of wildlife.
- The sunroom provides a fun space to play ping pong with friends and family. It's an ideal setting for gatherings and quality time.
- The tranquil waters beckon you for swimming, kayaking, or simply lounging by the shore.

Experienced boaters may also rent our pontoon boat for an enhanced lake experience.

Please note: No overnight docking is permitted on the dock as it is a shared dock and regulated by the Corps of Engineers. If you are bringing your own boat, please contact Soap Creek Marina for slippage, as we cannot accommodate additional boats on the dock.

Guests will receive a keypad code the day prior or the morning of their reservation date.

A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby. Uber and Lyft are also accessible.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
