This is the perfect Colorado mountain vacation rental location that enjoys vaulted ceilings and stunning views from the third-floor balcony. Enjoy the peace and serenity of the mountains, with no traffic noise—just the soothing sounds of the nearby creek as you open the balcony door. After a day on the mountain, unwind in the large outdoor Townsend Place hot tub, offering a relaxing way to end your day. Step outside and you're just a short walk from all the vibrant amenities, shops, restaurants, ski lifts, gondola, and entertainment of Beaver Creek Village. This condo combines luxury, convenience, and tranquil mountain living, making it the perfect base for your Colorado vacation.

FEATURES: 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a King bed and extra twin day bed, LCD TV and a private full bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is upstairs and has a twin bed next to a queen bunk bed, with a full bathroom with walk-in shower.

Please NOTE: Elevator to main entrance, king bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Stairs only to second bedroom.
NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. Opening the balcony door cools the condo pretty quickly.

Easy check in. Excellent location. Comfortably furnished. Perfect for our family ski trip. Snow conditions not ideal, so ski out was not possible (we skied in every day), but walk to the lift was easy. Would book again.

Great experience! Loved the ski in/out (via elk head lift) convenience! Quick 5 min walk to the village. Very spacious for family of 5 with 3 teen girls! Kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfast (**coffee maker no keurig) Can’t wait to stay again!

Great place for a weekend ski trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo, lots of space, clean, easy to get to. Management company was very responsive. Outdoor hot tub was excellent after a day of skiing. Heated walkway was a nice bonus. Guys in the upstairs bedroom said it got hot at night, but we just left the sliding door cracked. Will definitely be back.
