Open-concept 4 bedroom home with 4 full baths and 1 half bath. The home features a fully stocked kitchen, 3 screen rooms, an open deck on top, and a private 17' swim spa. Rentals include access to the elevator-allowing easy access from ground level to the main floor of the home-also making the home handicap accessible-including a fully wheel chair accessible bedroom and bathroom with an accessible shower and vanity in the en suite bathroom. Boat parking is prohibited, as well as smoking. Maximum of 2 dogs per booking. Exceptions to be made on a case by case basis.

This beach home had hands down the most amenities of any one we have ever rented and we have rented many. The elevator was perfect for our family member who is wheelchair bound. And the owner was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
