We apologize that our messages didn’t come across as friendly as we had hoped. Our standard check in time is 4 p.m., and any additional fees for early arrival go directly to our cleaners for the extra time they spend getting the home ready ahead of schedule. We’re also sorry to hear about the missing light bulbs in bedroom two, the Keurig not working, and the cracked and broken glasses. Our cleaning and maintenance team will look at all of these items to make sure they aren’t an issue for future guests.
